At download festival but instead of enjoying myself watching bands im laid down in the twingo. Fucking migraine caused me too much pain to even stand never mind enjoy a gig. What a waste. Having to wear dark sunglasses to use my phone.

I’m involuntarily listening to Wildlife Festival. I live nearby and it’s so loud I can hear it all. I was listening to Busta Rhymes and Disclosure last night, tonight it’s Bastille.

It’s OK the streets are quiet and people are having fun. I can still hear it clearly a few miles out luckily I like some disclosure. It sucks that you have a migraine man. Might I suggest a short 15 minutes rest with your eyes closed.

Ive been slipping in and out of sleep since about 3pm and it isnt stopping unfortunately. I rarely get migraines but when i do they hit me pretty hard.

Some cannabis would probably legitimately help. Psilocybin mushrooms have also been proven to cure frequent migraines and cluster headaches, if that's your thing.

Probably not something id give a go at a festival. You dont know what youre buying from dealers here. A kid from my town died a couple years back due to whatever he bought being cut with something nasty.

That sucks man I get semi-frequent migraines too. Have had to leave a concert because of it as well. I’ve had all kinds of tests done to find out what triggers them, but nothing has come up.

Mine are so irregular (maybe 3 or 4 a year) that ive never had any checks done. This has pushed me to see a doctor tho.
